Myanmar’s government has been taking bold steps to reform contract and procurement procedures to increase the transparency and competitiveness of major development projects.
The reforms are expected to revolutionise the way government-funded projects, private initiatives, joint ventures and public-private partnerships are conducted, hopefully modernising how Myanmar does business.
